Get professional portraits of your furry friend with Santa during the Kentucky Humane Society’s 22nd annual PICTURE YOUR PETS WITH SANTA on December 5 & 6 and 12 & 13. Taking place at 12 area Feeders Supply stores, the holiday fundraiser’s hours are Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sundays, noon to 4 p.m.

Same day photo service is available! Photos are offered in various packages, starting at only $12. Personalized gift items, including ornaments, mugs and key chains, featuring your pet’s photo also are available.

Proceeds benefit the Kentucky Humane Society, HOPE for Pets (Bullitt County), Floyd County Animal Rescue League and Animal Protection Association of Clark County. PICTURE YOUR PETS WITH SANTA is sponsored by Feeders Supply and Hill’s Science Diet.

Meet Chambers!

A special cat named Chambers is looking for a forever home and he is hoping you can help him. This nine-year-old Maine Coon is a beautiful cat with silky fur who loves to purr. Chambers is also blind. He was surrendered by his owners because they could not afford to keep him. Upon surrender, Chambers found himself in an unfamiliar, loud place without the ability to see his surroundings. No doubt he was scared – but he remained calm and loving. Other than his sight disability, Chambers is a completely healthy cat.
